The BIRTHFIT Basics is a one-time workshop or individual meeting that covers the basics of what it means to be BIRTHFIT and why we place so much emphasis on the four pillars of fitness, nutrition, chiropractic and mindset.
This Series is designed to help mamas return to functional movement, to heal physically, mentally and emotionally after birth, connect with other mamas and feel empowered and confident.
