Maybe your schedule doesn't allow for joining one of the Series, or maybe you just really want one-on-one attention to address specific needs and questions. Whatever the case, my individual training sessions are available to help!
Depending on the number of sessions we have together, we'll work through things like core, pelvic floor and posterior chain strengthening and stability, as well as any specific goals you have.
These sessions are geared towards any woman - preconception through any time postpartum (remember, postpartum is forever! - who is looking to improve herself! Appropriate for women of all levels of fitness and fitness backgrounds.
$65 for one hour
Packages available: $290 for 5 sessions (10% off) or $550 for 10 sessions (15% off).
