BIRTHFIT Basics Workshop
A strong, stable core will enhance your balance, stability, and posture; protect your back from injury and pain; and make you stronger in and out of the gym. Whether youd like to learn new strengthening exercises aside from sit-ups and crunches, restore stability after having a baby, address or avoid lower back pain or simply feel stronger, this workshop is for you! Well learn that theres so much more to the core than the six pack abs you see, why sucking in can be detrimental, how a weak core can cause compensations that lead to injury and how to properly utilize your core as your powerhouse! Its never too late to restore your core!

The Nutrition Basics Workshop is a one-time 2-hour event that covers the basics of effective nutrition for women that are looking to get pregnant, pregnant or postpartum.
During this workshop, you will:
Learn about whole food nutrition that promotes healing, hormone health, gut health and helps curb inflammation
Learn about supplements for pregnancy and postpartum that aid in proper nutrition and healing
Learn about nutrition mindset and mindful eating techniques
Learn strategies for healthy, sustainable weight loss
Learn meal prep techniques and shopping strategies that don't break the budget
Receive a packet of info, recipes and worksheets
Connect with other women!

The BIRTHFIT Basics Workshop is a one-time 3-hour event that covers the basics of what it means to be BIRTHFIT and why we place so much emphasis on the four pillars of fitness, nutrition, chiropractic and mindset. If you are thinking of getting pregnant, already pregnant, coach women, or a woman looking to improve herself and her health, then this is a perfect place for you to start.
During this workshop, we will discuss:
How to achieve and maintain safe, effective, functional movements throughout pregnancy and postpartum, and what exercises to avoid
Real food nutrition plus supplementation for pregnancy and postpartum (beyond “eat small meals, take your prenatals and avoid lunch meat”)
Simple ways to incorporate mindset training into your daily routine
The importance of chiropractic care
Physically preparing the body for the task of labor and birth
Connecting with both baby and body through movement
